By accessing and using the services provided by FlexGrew Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

FlexGrew Technologies provides web development, software development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and related technology services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements.

All content, designs, code, and materials created by FlexGrew Technologies remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.

Payment terms are as specified in individual project proposals and invoices. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

FlexGrew Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Rajkot, Gujarat.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
