We don’t have a physical office in Australia, so we’re straightforward about what "working with FlexGrew" actually looks like: a remote engineering team based in Rajkot, India, communicating by video call, async updates, and shared project boards — the same setup most Australian businesses already use with their own distributed teams.

What’s different from a typical offshore vendor is how we schedule around the time difference (below) so it doesn’t become a bottleneck, and a fixed point of contact who owns communication for your project rather than a rotating cast of account managers.

Engagements start with a discovery call scheduled in your afternoon, our morning — we walk through what you’re trying to build, who it’s for, and what a good outcome looks like. If it’s a fit, you get a written scope and a proposal covering what we’ll build, in what order, and a realistic timeline — not a generic template.

Delivery runs in short sprints with a working build you can see every couple of weeks. Updates are written daily so nothing waits on a live call, and you have one point of contact who actually knows the project, not an account manager relaying messages to engineers on the other side of a hand-off.

Most of our Australian-market engagements fall into two groups: businesses that have outgrown off-the-shelf tools and need something built around their actual workflow, and founders building a SaaS or AI product who want an engineering partner rather than a single contractor. Both groups are usually already comfortable managing a remote or distributed team — we just make the time-zone handoff less of a drag on velocity than a typical offshore arrangement.
